I love roses…

I just love roses in the house..
well any flowers
really.
I had to draw these before they drooped?

Squiggle Birds??

These were done to show my 5 yr old niece
how you can close your eyes,
draw a squiggle
(using worn out, green felt tip pen?)
and then make a bird?
Well, a sort of bird..

I've had since Christmas, I must admit I have made them
ALOT brighter than in real life as they are on their
last legs ( petals ) now..

Blackberry Picking…

I'm at my happiest when I'm picking blackberries…
reminds me of being a child in Lancashire armed with buckets
and bags and ending up with blue fingers.

All over the place…..and not much blogging..

Since I last posted I've been all over the place.

We have moved out of our new flat due to a BIG LEAK, damaged flooring, wrecked ceiling and so on BUT the good news is we're staying in the Hilton Metropole Brighton….all paid for while burley builders fix the damage! Seaview, breakfast and air con.

 I've set up my work space in my room. Life is sweet, if not a little chaotic, but having a swimming pool, gym, sauna & steam room helps……

Been a busy bee working in London too so it's not all sea views and room service for me!
