good news!

After a worrying few weeks I'm pleased to say that, after his BIG operation, only yesterday, our Dad is doing very well and up for visitors! That's the best Christmas present we could wish for. His heart will be even better now than before! x

I have this Festive debate every year! To Tinsel or not to Tinsel..that is the question.

I did put some tinsel on the tree last night to please 'him indoors' but it's
posh tinsel and only around the bottom- one has to compromise with these things..... x

For my Father in Laws 70th Birthday.

I missed off his hair on the first draft & quickly had to add some...thanks to 'him indoors' pointing out my mistake...oops, nearly a very embarrassing gift......Can you tell he likes golf?

Wedding of the Year !

SO.... we went to the WEDDING OF THE YEAR at the weekend ! The Bride was more beautiful than ever, the groom, just dashing and I co-ordinated my outfit with a few large glasses of red wine...My 9 year old niece did a choice impression of my ' wobblyness' the next day ! Must have been the last one I had that did it..........must have been ?

My Nephews 21st !

After travelling for 8 HOURS to get ' up north' we finally got to my nephews 21st party...but he had left to go out. We caught up with him the next day though where we all attended a little sisters wedding. Talk about a packed weekend...I am soooooo tired now !
